Port your number to Telstra

Porting a phone number to Telstra is normally a seamless process that allows you to get your new number working via Telstra 

Note: When buying a PhoneNumbers.VIP Number, you need to first transfer the number into your name via a Change of Ownership form before you can port your number.   It is not possible to port from PhoneNumbers.VIP to Telstra directly as the porting process cannot do a name change.

Then one that number is working in your phone, you can port the number to Telstra.

Please note that while the porting process is generally smooth, there may be instances where complications arise. In such cases, we can provide general advice but unfortuantely as the number is no longer in our name we cannot communicate with Telstra about the number, you'd have to communicate with Telstra directly.
